Cancellation policy

*For individuals

In case cancellations are received in our office by fax or by e-mail 15 days or more prior to the arrival of the guest, a full refund will be made.

On cancellations received in our office less than 15 days prior to the arrival of guests, the full value is forfeited.

*For groups 

In case cancellations are received in our office by fax or by e-mail 45 days or more prior to the arrival of the guest, a full refund will be made.                                          

On cancellations received in our office less than 30 days prior to the arrival of guests, the full value is forfeited.

Group Reservation:

*groups are 6 rooms or more

Tour guides & group leaders

*groups from 3 to 5 rooms                 50% of the rack rate
*groups from 6 to 9 rooms                 75% of the rack rate
*groups 10 rooms or more                 room free in tours                                                         guide room

Others:
